What do tech struggles have to do with weight loss?

I have spent the past 2 weeks searching for just the right platform to handle what I need for my coaching business. It's kind of like searching for just the right diet. Some work better than others, some are too hard to stick with, and some make you want to cry.

Through trial and error I finally just picked one. We do the same with weight loss. We spend all kinds of time in research mode instead of just doing something.

Making the decision and getting started can be the hardest part. You say you're going to commit to something and once you've committed, you have to actually DO something.

Even when you pick a weight loss plan it's best to tweak it so it fits what you need. When you don't follow it to a T, you immediately think you blew it or you have to start over. That's why you never stick to anything long term. You tell yourself you fell off the wagon, and now you have to get back in the wagon or back on track.

What if you just kept going (like me and my tech struggles)? The diet police aren't going to show up at your house if you swap a food or eat at 10 p.m. If it works for you and you'll stick to it, do it!

I'm not saying to not plan your food or eat whatever you want. What I'm saying is to make your weight loss plan work for you instead of you trying to force yourself to fit a rigid plan. That's like wearing a pair of shoes that are too small, just because you like them. You won't like them for long and you won't stick to a plan that forces you to do things you don't want to do.

When you go off plan or eat over a situation, have a good cry if you need to (I didn't cry over the tech, but I was on the verge), then dust yourself off and make the next choice that benefits you and your goals.

Guess what happened once I decided to stick with the platform I chose. I doubled down and decided to figure it out no matter what. I did what I could, then asked for help. I got the help I needed and I have it 90% figured out. You can reach out for weight loss help when you need it too.
