Weight loss can feel lonely

Weight loss can feel like a lonely journey, but it doesn't have to be.


Having support while losing weight can make the journey feel less lonely.


You have support from other women like you, who have probably tried diet after diet. Maybe they're in peri to post menopause and just want to figure out how to get the weight off for good.


Listening to other women get coached on their weight loss struggles gives you insight into what might be going on for you.

Being in a small group give you accountability, friendship, and understanding.


I will call you out on your excuses and the BS that's keeping you stuck (and the other women will too).


You'll hear from other women about what works for them and what doesn't.


It's common to think you SHOULD be able to go it alone. You know how to lose weight, BUT you don't stick to anything long term.


Working with other women who support you can help you finally lose the weight and keep it off for good.
