The benefits of coaching outside of weight loss

Like I mentioned in the last post, my life has changed in so many ways since I found a weight loss coach.


My opinion of myself has improved....


I've let go of thoughts like, "I wasn't a good mom" or "I failed at marriage because I'm divorced" and "because I have abuse in my past, people will judge me and think I"m damaged goods."


Working through, then letting go of the mental weight made losing the physical weight easier. It freed me up to focus on weight loss instead of judging myself for thinking I wasn't good enough in some way. Can you relate to any of this?


I knew I had to get certified so I could help other women finally drop the sh*tty stories they have about their weight and body. I want YOU to start living the life you have always wanted no matter what number the scale spits out.


I want to...

*Help women in menopause who may think life ends at 50 to see that just isn't true

*Help them lose weight in way that doesn't have to be hard and restrictive

*AND help them learn to believe in their value by changing the story they tell themselves.


When you change how you think, anything is possible. Your life isn't over because you're in menopause or you have weight to lose. I would love to help you drop your mental weight while losing some physical weight while you're at it.
