Do you have a list of things you procrastinate on? (Don't we all)?
Here's a fun idea to help break through the procrastination. This works best for things that:
You really don't want to deal with
You've been putting off for a long time
Make your brain go, "uugggghhh" when you think about them. Instead of making the usual "to do" list, grab paper and something to write with. Then, spend a few minutes thinking of all the tasks you've been avoiding. Draw some wanted posters and write each task on a poster. You can even draw a silly doodle of the task. When a task is done, stab a pencil through the poster so you know the mission is complete. Celebrate your achievement! It doesn't matter if you can't draw. This is for FUN! No one but you will see it. See how many tasks you can knock out in one sitting. Don't convince yourself you'll fail before you even try. Give yourself 15 seconds and doodle what comes to mind.
