Did you make your list of the things you're tolerating that aren't serving you?
Everything you tolerate, creates mental and physical stress, even though you may not realize it. It's the kind of stress that doesn't motivate you to do something about it. I's a low grade stress that hums along in the background. This type of stress is often what sends you to the pantry or drive-through.
The pile of dishes in the sink ...
The laundry that you still haven't put away...
The relationship that isn't working....
or your partner's socks on the floor.....
Whether it's big or small, it grates on your nerves every time you think about it.
Taking action creates mini-wins, this increases your confidence which helps you take more action and that helps you build momentum. Things that were hard, get easier.
Ask the question-"what am I tolerating and what can I do about it?" Start small-ask for help or do something just for you.
When you start working on the things you're tolerating, weight loss becomes easier and easier.
What are you tolerating? What are you willing to do about it?
