Option 1:

Weekly 1:1 coaching with me for 12 weeks


This is for the woman who wants support and accountability to lose weight. We'll address challenges such as being consistent with habits even when life gets in the way. You'll learn to work with the symptoms of menopause and getting older. 

At the end of 12 weeks you'll have lost weight, have more energy, and feel more peace around food. 

Option 2
This is a single, 45-minute strategy call with a 15-minute follow-up call. Perfect for the person who is self-motivated but prefers initial guidance.
